My practice has centered on trial and appellate litigation of business and commercial lawsuits, bankruptcy, contracts, transactional work, and more. I have served clients in banking, transportation, retail, manufacturing, construction, shipping, communications, health care and other industries; many of my clients have been small business owners, entrepreneurs, and independent investors. On several occasions I have represented large investor groups in securities fraud actions.
